I fell in love with acting at age 5, starting as dancing seaweed in The Little Mermaid at Nashville Children's Theatre. My journey continued through school musicals, community theatre, singing in the church choir, and marching band. After studying theatre in NC and CA, I headed to NYC to pursue a professional acting career.

At the legendary Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC, I studied comedy and improv. I showcased my first solo comedy/music show, Me & My Uke, at The People's Improv Theatre. From there, I launched my comedy career in the critically acclaimed musical comedy duo, Reformed Whores.

My acting ventures span regional, Off-Broadway, and Off-Off Broadway gigs. You might have spotted me on HBO's Flight of the Conchords, national commercials, College Humor videos, or in Above Average music videos by Lorne Michaels' Broadway Video. Here's a fun fact: I secured a series regular role in the award-winning comedy web-series PLANT. Additionally, I had the unique opportunity to serve as Sally Field's stand-in on the Netflix show Maniac, directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga (True Detective).
